Okay on thursday i did my routine, but at the end i was bored so i did a bit of biceps (i wasn't supposed to) then on friday it was bicep day and they seemed a bit sore, anyways at the end of the day i felt great and pumped, but the next morning i woke up and my biceps were killing me. Right now i can't straighten up my arms without pain in the biceps. I'm guessing i overworked them a bit... is there any way to make this heal faster?

You my friend, have a minor case of tendonittis. Just like everyone else said, rest your arms for awhile and they'll be fine. Also, you need to continually strecth out the muscle, if you can take the pain, because or else they will hurt even more. BUT, DO NOT STRETCH THEM VIGOROUSLY OR QUICKLY, do it very, *very* slowly and gentley until your arm is fully extended. Good luck, and take it easy!

Same thing happened to my left bicep after an injury related rest period of a few months and jumping back into lifting at the level I had left off on. What worked for me... Massage that bicep like your life depended on it. Then try stretching it (slowly.) After that HELL week I was NEVER sore like that again and gained sum decent strength.

god damn i just realized i did not stretch my bicep, i'm pretty sure this is the reason. Ya i'v been massaging it alot and took a few hot baths to relax the muscles. Weird thing is that i can't straighten my arm but i can do pushups easily with little discomfort.
