The Goals:
Increase LBM while reducing BF%. I let myself get a little carried away with winter gut, so its time to correct it.
The Plan:
Cardio will be performed in the morning 4 days a week (at a low intensity), on a fasted stomach. The two other days (after work), i'll try and get it in during the afternoon sometime. I work 3 days a week as a labourer at a fruit shop, so its a lot of functional moving, which is great. I am dead buggered after it though, so no weights training on these days.
My workout split is as follows:
Saturday: Chest, Tri's & Calves/Morning Cardio
Sunday: Back, Bi's & Forearms/Morning Cardio
Monday: Work/Afternoon Cardio
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Work/Afternoon Cardio
Thursday: Shoulders, Light Tri's/Morning Cardio
Friday: OFF
Diet: (on workout days)
Meal 1: 11 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 cup of oats, 1 can of pineapple, 1 cup of apple butter
Meal 2: Same as meal 1
PWO Nutrition: 22g of WPH, 20g of WMS,40g of Dextrose, 5-10g of Leucine
Meal 3: Same as meal 1
Meal 4: Beef and vegies (this meal will change on occassion, as my mum cooks dinner usually, it always contains meat though)
Meal 5: Beef and vegies
Supplementation:
Anabolic Pump
SizeOn
Purple Wraath
Protein Powder
Multivitamin
(I do not take anything pre-workout at the present time)

Chest/Tri's/Calves:
Incline DB Press x 3
Flat BB Press x 3
Incline Machine Press x 3
Machine Dips x 3
DB Overhead Extensions x 3
Single hand Pressdowns x 2
Standing Calf Raises x 4
Thoughts: Took first days servings worth of AP, felt slightly off with the first two serves. Still a solid workout, but gym was packed. Very little room to move, and because i work there, everyone wanted a spot, or at least a hello. I guess thats the life of a celebrity
SizeOn certainly doesnt taste the best, but i got through it without developing man cans. People whinging about supp tastes are in the wrong business, shut up and suck it up i say. Happy with how today went, got a family friends' dinner now. They better not be vegetarians
Also, did 50mins of low intensity cardio today too. That was sweet!

Yeah i was spot on 15 mins. Just felt a little uncomfortable during the meal. Its late at night now, just about to have last meal of the day, and i have some stomach upset. Is this what some users report as the anobolic dumps?

Another good day, no stomach upset from AP that i experienced yesterday.
Back/Bi's/Calves
Lat Pulldown x 4
T-Bar rows x 3
Upper Back Machine Row x 3
Bent Over Laterals x 3
Hyperextensions x 3
Seated DB Curls x 4
Cable Curls x 3
Rotary Calf Press x 3
Seated Calf Raise x 2
Thoughts: Solid Workout. Strength wasn't exactly through the roof, but i got a good feeling through the back. Got an incredible pump after DB Curls, to the point where it was difficult to close my hand. SizeOn was much easier to get down today too.
50 mins of low intensity cardio was also done fasted this morning.

Thoughts: Everything is going fine. Getting some vascularity in the biceps that hasnt really been there before. Cardio was 45 mins on the treadmill in the afternoon.

Thoughts: Was pretty smashed today. Didn't move as fast as i usually do at work, but thats ok, i get payed by the hour

Thoughts: Awesome workout. I feel absolutely buggered. Much more volume then last workout which im happy with. 5 star workout. Weighed myself this morning too, im spot on 81kg's. I am looking a lot leaner, somewhere around 16-18% i'd say. Still early days though

i got this information from the USPlabs reps at their forums
"I do not suggest using Gaspari SizeON with Anabolic Pump as SizeON contains Alpha Lipoic Acid and 4-Hydroxy-Isoleucine which are insulin potentiators which may effect Anabolic Pump's ability to inhibit glucose uptake in fat cells. Creatine Monohydrate is still an excellent choice and if you want a "high-end" creatine, I would suggest Controlled Labs Green MAGnitude."
