Hi,
I just spent some money to get some real nice equipment so I can work out at home. I plan on jogging every morning and then working out after I get home from work. I am 6'2 and I weigh 228 pounds. I would like to lose some weight and gain muscle mass while toning up. I only have about $100 to spend and I was looking at Xenedrine and a Whey Protein based mixture and something else?. I am really not sure if those mix well and what else I can use to help get me results. I'd just like your opinion on the best things I can get to accomplish my task... I a little over $100 is ok for the time being. What else would be good to get in the future after I have some more money to spend.
Thank you for taking the time to help someone new,
Brian

It said Glutamine and Creatine compete for receptors and shouldn't be taken at the same time?
QUOTE:
Glutamine should not be taken at the same time as creatine because they compete for receptors to be absorbed. Take glutamine pre-workout and creatine post-workout.

What is a cutting cycle? I quit eating red meat like over a year and a half ago. Recently I do eat chicken but that is about it. I do not eat junk food anymore and I don't eat fast food. My ultimate goal is to be trim and toned. I do not want to be extremely huge but I would like large well developed muscles and a toned appearance.

Well, I'd like to lose the weight and gain muscle mass. I realize that I might weigh more if I keep working out and gain muscle mass. I was just curious what stack or mixture of things would give me the best results and be safe to take together. It is more of an appearance issue, BUT I am also aiming to get large muscles with good definition and increased strength... if what I said is understandable at all

PS. Thank you for your time, I am REALLY new to this and the only things I know I learned in highschool 7 years ago, and that wasn't much.

I was you once. I would help me if i was 97LT1.
Huh?
Anyway, the stack you have would benefit from some flaxseed oil. The more good fats in any diet, the better. CLA is a fav sup of mine as well. Tends to concentrate it's effects around midsection fat. Adding Guggulbolic from Snytrax is also a good choice. It's a non stimulating fat burner. Last on the fat burning tip is my ultimate fav, LIPODERM-Y. This is a topical fat loss solution that works well below 15 percent body fat. Use it on problem fat areas.
As far as stength and size supps goes, ONE, 1AD and Trenabol X are widely used and reccomended on this board.Supplement Enthusiast

Take this as your revised stack:
- Xenadrine
- Guggulbolic and MM4
- Flaxseed oil
- Glutamine
- Whey protein
- CLA
- Multivitamin
Your diet and cardio routines must be in order to see the maximum results of these sups.Supplement Enthusiast

glutamine and low carbs
Glutamine seems to be really popular these days. I read somewhere, I think it was at www.brinkzone.com (will brink), that glutamine was only good for saving muscle mass if you were on a very low carb diet. So if you're eating only a couple hundred calories below maintenance and your macros are Pro35%-Carb40%-Fat25%, it wouldn't be of much benefit if any, correct?

yep it doesn't matter!
hey if you want better gains(or workouts) trie 2 gr glutamine before training + your eca stack!it helps a lot tough!
then a shake with creatine(5gr)+glutamine(10/5gr)!
