    Biceps and "Feeling It"

Whenever I lift biceps the first 4-5 sets I feel the burn, but after that my pump is so big it kinda feels like the weight is just getting moved without the deep burn and fatique. Does that happen to any of you guys?

The increased influx of blood does serve as a "numbing" agent, due mainly to the variety of chemicals and hormones in our bodies.

BUT, you shouldn't not feel the movement at all.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
