Thanks man, not sure how much they measure, but they are over 18 for sure.
As for my routine, i don't really train them very hard. I really have been concentrating on seated raises to bring out the width in them.
One thing i have people try is my 100 reps from hell.
Basically get a weight you can get on seated calves raises for 100. Do 100 reps on it. And once you can do that w/o struggling, move the weight up until you can do maybe 80 or so. And just do what you can, get up real quick, stretch, and jump right back in until you get 100. Once you can get that weight easily, move the weight up again, etc etc.

haha, yeah try both high and low volume man and see what works.
What you have to remember is your calves will respond differently to your workout then other bodyparts, say arms. You walk on your calves daily so they are used A LOT, in contrast to your arms.
Volume may be the way to go, but i would recommend this only for seated raises. As for standing raises i would recommend going really really heavy for only a few raises.
Basically there are 2 ways to stimulate growth in the calves. Its either add weight more than your weight to make the calves work harder, or add more reps than usual to make the calve work harder. Try either, or both. Remember you can probably get away w/ training calves 2 times a week since you use them so much.
Another exercise i recommend is on the hack squat. Instead of facing outward, face inward, and put a ton of weight on there and just do calf raises that way. I've had many people who could not walk the next day doing these...so be careful and stretch!

I'm seriously jealous, but motivated! All I can say is bravo, excellent calves to everyone.
Here's my question to all if you don't mind answering. Now you have to admit, like some say your either born with them or your not. I've seen people who don't do any calve work and their calves are big, over 16". How big were you calves naturally before any weight training?

I was too born with bigger calves (endo of course!). This doesn't mean you can't have quality calves, but it means that you need to work harder on it. Its a give and take. ecto's/meso's can have the abs, and we have the gut, so its win/lose for us.....ah well...i still training my calves, but not too hard because they will get too big for my quads....and that blows symmetry!
