J-Rock look really tough this week
J-Rock looked really tough on this weeks episode of TUF!
J-Rock looked really tough at the weigh in. The way he was posturing with George, I thought he was going to thump George right there and then.
J-rock also looked very tough in the dressing room after the fight, throwing chairs across the room in an angry rage.
The only time J-rock did not look tough this week was when he stepped into the octagon with George.

I thought he looked pretty tough when he was crying like a little girl....

So what if J-rock got knocked out in the first round before getting to throw a punch.
If this was a bodybuilding competition, he would have won hands down.

Yea its easy to say this after he lost. If he won you would be praising his passion and intensity. Blah blah blah blah same story every fight.

Team Serra is really kicking some ass. But when it comes to winning the whole show, i would put team Hugues' Mac Danzig on top.

Personally I'd probably still make fun of him for his ridiculously high-pitched voice
(not serious, but I really do think it's funny)
