Tanning before/after

There is a tanning shop with a ton of tanning rooms/beds right next to the gym I go to. If I were to go there, should I tan before or after my workout?

I don't see UV rays having any different effects on the skin whether you're tanning before or after a workout. Just go whenever it's convenient for you.

I would say after so you can relax.

I read somewhere once that tanning after a workout when all your blood vessals are dialated you tan faster. Have no idea what the reasoning behind it is, or if it's even true. But I read it once.

I go before most of the time if I ever do it. I do it to help with the acne on my back, I like havin my post-workout shake right away so I don't usually tan after.

Tan after your workout deff. All thoes expensive taning lotions you see at the tanning shop, cause blood to be brought to the surface of the skin, so you tan faster.

I would guess, after a workout and a good pump, it would be doing the same thing, if not better.
