Low Carb Protien Bars-
2 Tablespoons All Natural Peanut Butter (Melted in microwave for about 2 mins, or untill runny)
2 Scoops Chocolate Whey Protien
Mix Protien poweder into the peanut butter and stir completely untill it makes a thick paste. Spread out evenly into a tuperware container and refridgerate untill firm. Cut into peices and enjoy!
Protien Cookies! If your bulking or cutting and craving something, dont give in to ****, which you shouldnt be anyways if your determined....just give in to these if you gotta!
2 cups rolled oats
2 scoops chocolate whey protien
4 tablespoons fat free cottage cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanila extract
You can also add 1/2 cup to 1 cup splenda depending on how sweet you want them.
Mix ingredients all into one bowl untill you have nice thick chunky stuff..let stand for 15 mins...then preheat oven to 350, drop tablespoons of the stuff onto a cookie sheet, (i find using PAM works good, couse unsprayed makes it harder to clean the pan after :P) and bake for 20 mins.
