    Advice

I have been training seriously for about a year now and would say I am anywhere from 15-18% body fat and basicly want to lose that excess fat over my abs. I will be going on a Christmas vacation on December 22 and would love to have abs by then. My question is whether or not I should still have a cheat once a week in order to reach my goal. Throughout the week I eat very clean and have seen progress continuously since I started. I am just curious to know whether you have achieved the physiques you have with or without a cheat

I would advise you to cheat. I find that it keeps me sane through all of the ups and downs I end up having with my diet (or lack thereof). Without my cheat meal, I'd end up quitting months ago.

Yeah, a cheat meal will help you keep your sanity and help avoid a binge fest.

You don't want to feel deprived. If you don't eat what you want for that cheat meal, you will go wayyyyyyyy overboard the next time you want to cheat. Then you might not forgive yourself! LOL!

Go ahead and have what you want and then get back on to your eating clean...

    Best to you..

Remember, you can get away with cheating on the food choice, but cheat too much on the portion control and it will definitely slow you down.
