Well Ive used quite a few fat burners, and Lipo 6 was up there when I lost a lot of weight. I was 210 in Decemeber, and around June I went down to about 172.
Lipo helped me with my hunger, I liked it a lot. Diet + cardio is key though, if you dont do it, dont bother buying it.

I've used Lipo6 and i liked it alot. It keeps me focused during lifts, and assists in losing bodyfat. Once again, your diet needs to be clean in order for this product to work effectively. Use this product with a keen diet and exercise program and it will work beatifully. Let me know how it goes for ya.

^^As I agree with your post, your sig is FAAAR from the truth. Try irresponsible teenagers who get their hands on AAS/Ephedra/Phs. Anywho, to the original poster, start using fitday.com to log your cals. Find out how many cals you should be taking in on workout days and non workout days. Lipo6 is a good buy so that can only help ya.
    What up though...
