Daily Meal Plan...please Help
I am fairly new to the whole nutrition thing and seriuosly trying to make a change... I am 6'3" 235 LBS and hold a fairly good amount of body fat... I am trying to put mass on would like to eventually be maybe around 255LBS in maybe a year or so... The only thing is I am unsure about my diet... If you all could take a look at it and maybe give me some feedback as to what I could change to make it work better and if I should supplement somehow or not...
here is my daily diet:
wake up @ 9 AM
Breakfast skake @ 1030 am - consists of 16 ounces of apple juice, 2 whole eggs, 1 cup of oatmeal, 2 scoops of whey protein, 1 bannana, and 2 TBLSN of peanut butter.
Pre- workout meal @ 1115am - apple creatine mixed in apple juice
workout 1145am - 100pm
post workout shake@ 120pm roughly - muscle milk 17 ounces
meal @ 200pm usually pasta with meat sauce a decent portion
snack @ 500pm- 1/2 cup of mixed nuts
dinner@ 700 pm - usually 3 skinless, boneless chicken thighs and alot of veggies
snack @900pm cottage cheese a big bowl banana
protien shake@ 1100pm muscle milk 17 ounces...
sleep @ 0100am
only thing i drink all day is water and coffee. drink anywhere between 1-2 gallons of water daily, and about 12 cups a coffee daily.
been doing this for about a month now and not to much has been going on with my body. I have only been working out for about a month so I am not sure how many results i should be seeing... PLEASE HELP
