we've got 130's, but then they don't have 100's, 105's or 115's? So if you did go that high you would have to go 95-110-120-130, I don't like having to jump that must between my curl sets.

50 kg and I have seen people use them. And, it's a YMCA too. We used to get a load of Eastern Europeans, juiced up to the eyeballs, coming to the gym. They'd be repping out bench press with the 50's. Thankfully, they've all left now (they were scaring the chicks away), but there are still one or two people who bench the 50's. I've full squatted the two of them for 15 reps a couple of times. I'd stand on a step so that I could go really deep.

I get a better workout from them. See, I start out w/ them being full... then I do drop sets by reducing the weight.. i.e. drinking them.. which also replenishes the fluid I lose from all the sweating I do.Originally Posted by Procta
