    How many times a week do you train abs?

    Its so hard for me to train them during off season. How do you guys stick it out?

    I used to train abs on my off day (Wednsday) but now I need that day off so I do half my ab workout on Monday, then the other half on Friday.

    So twice, but really its one workout cut in half.

    I never train them directly but they do get trained when I do back workouts, leg workouts and anything else where my core gets worked.

    i heard there are products in the market that just burn ur fat on the abdominal area,are they effectivve and any good......and trainin ur abs daily,,isnt that a little 2 much,i think twice a day is good...wot do u guys think

    once...my abs are good to me, if i lose definition i get it back in 2weeks if i do them 3 times a week

    but since im bulking i dont see the point in more than once

    v-crunches, cycles, leg raises and weighted plank(30seconds, front, 15sides)

    whats up with peaple ignoring abs? you dont just stop working triceps out cause they kinda get worked out benching.
    i started working them everyday,dont come at me with the overtraining stuff,bruce lee worked them everyday intensivly and look how his abs came out.pluss its pretty hard to get my abs sore even weighted so ill see how it works out.
