whats up with peaple ignoring abs? you dont just stop working triceps out cause they kinda get worked out benching.
i started working them everyday,dont come at me with the overtraining stuff,bruce lee worked them everyday intensivly and look how his abs came out.pluss its pretty hard to get my abs sore even weighted so ill see how it works out.Last edited by 98supra; 11-01-2007 at 10:24 PM.

Monday-Wednesday-Friday-sometimes sat/sun
3 sets 20 Ab crunches-Weighted
Twisted Crunches 3 sets 22 reps (each side)
Pelvic thrust-3 sets 20 reps
Situps 3 sets 25 reps-Weighted
Reverse Crunches 3 sets 25 reps
Leg Lifts 3 Sets 20-Weighted-"eat BIG, lift BIG, be BIG"
-"Trample the weak, hurdle the dead"
-"Body building is an external view of how pissed off I am at the world"
