Crazy or wait
I have a show on sept 7 (2weeks) I need to get under 154 , Im weighing about 168 right now my bf is pretty low striated in the chest tris and shoulders, I take about 200g of protein and minimal carbs about 150-200 a day. I do 40 min of cardio first thing in the morning. Does anybody think this is possible to lose and If i did would I look FLAT?

When's your weigh-in? Getting down to 154 in two weeks can be done, but you'll probably have to carb deplete even more...if there's enough time between the weigh-in and your comp (say the day before), then you can probably carb up and look full. Otherwise, you might make weight, but you will look flat from the last-minute weight (and carb) drops.
Diet = 50%
Training = 25%
Attitude =25%
Simple math.

Can probably be done. I lost 10 in a week between two shows. Man, if you think 150-200g of carbs is minimal, I envy you. For my week above, I ate NO carbs. just meat and eggs, and not a whole lot of those. total daily cals were 700-1000. For the final week I'd drink at least 3 gallons and upto 4 gallons of water a day until the day before you weigh in and then cut it to just sips. After weigh-in begin carb loading w/ moderate water intake.

If you cab't get down 3-4, then at least drink 2 gal. or as much as possible. It will flush excess sodium and your body will continue pumping out h2o after you stop on friday. When you consume great qtys of water your blood pressure will rise some and this in turn will cause the pituitary (I think) to stop releasing anti-diuretic hormone (ADH). It's as natural a diuretic as you'll find. Now quit reading this and take another gulp! Good luck.

muscle cells are 70% water. totally cutting out your water is a great way to look flat as hell on contest day. If you sodium load/deplete and carb deplete/load correctly you will distribute the water intracellulary and hold minimal water extracellulary and you shouldn't have to water deplete very much.

Give time frame for sodium loading
-
The Physique Architect
start sodium loading 15 days out (at least 4g sodium per day) at 7 days out i cut it down to around 2g per day and maintain that until 2 days out when I cut it down to 1.5g. The day before the contest I cut it down to 1g and the day of the contest I have as little as possible until 2 hours before prejuding when I have my high sodium, carb, and fat meal...usually a pan pizza, this usually hardens me up really good and bring out my vascularity.
Peace
