too many peeps
i have found that the times between 5pm and 7pm are pretty busy and chalk full of people chat around the weights and the machines, it almost seems like a single meet and greet. ( i avoid those times at all costs) 11am to 3pm is pretty quiet and anytime after 730 or 8 o'clock it's pretty subtle. that is when the wife and i usally sneak in for our workouts. we go to the shelby twp location very nice facility.

I typically go at off times....I try not to be in the gym more than one hour at a time which I devote to myself totally so it can screw up my time when I have to wait.....luckily though I am one of the few gals in the free weights area --- most women stick to the machines (that adductor when has a line up!)
BUT there are times I have been during busy times and I remember why I avoid itJoleen Axworthy

Born and raised in Battle Creek... went to college in Grand Rapids (GVSU). I now call Fairbanks, Alaska home but I'm doing some time in Afghanistan right now. Guess I'm a modern day gypsy...
If you are going to win any battle, you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do... the body is never tired if the mind is not tired." -GEN George S Patton-
