    Question When Should I take TAURINE?

    I am interested in adding taurine pills to my regimen.

    it says on the bottle take it 2 times daily.


    should I take 1 500 mg pill in the morning or after working out? and then the other one later in the afternoon.

    I tried taurine ages ago.

    Did 1.5g pre workout and 1.5g post workout.

    Did **** for me, went through 80g of it. Came in crystals and had horrible mixability.

    You can try it, but don't expect much.

    I've been taking 5g daily and it hasn't helped with cramps, or anything else.

    Yeah you could, but 1-2g is a pretty standard dose for bodybuilding use. Lower dose still has good effects though.

    I think I will just get the 1000 mg cause there is a buy 1 get 1 free sale.

    and then I will keep my 2 500 mg for later when I run out for maintenence just for the benefits long term use.

    IMO, taurine's indispensible if you're on superdrol (not ng) or any other prosteroid that cramps you up. I take 5 grams per day and it has made a big difference in lower back and calf cramping for me. FWIW.

    Never did anything for me. Principally used by those who use Clenbuterol as a stim as it depletes taurine quickly, which can lead to ferrocious, wake-up-screaming-in-the-middle-of-the-night cramps.

    ahh I have never had a sore back before to the point where its painful to lay flat...you must really hit the back hard during training its hard for me to get the back sore.

    I dont do Crunches because if I do my lower back gets cramped and painful

    would taurine help with that?

    don't confuse what i'm calling back cramps/pumps with a sore back from training(DOMS) W/o taurine i would get both. With it I only get it from training.

    A lot of people get these back cramps/pumps from prohormones but i sometimes get them anyways, and like i said the part the cramps is very low on my back, on the right side only, kind of parallel to my tailbone.

    As for your question, if this is not the pain your talking about, i doubt taurine would help with this.
