Best protein brownie... EVER!!!
Ok so I made this absolutely delicious protein brownie and I had to share the recipe with everyone because it's just that good:
3 egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup whole wheat flower
2 cups oatmeal
6 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup cocoa
10 packets of splenda
1/2 cup coconut
3 scoops chocolate whey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Just mix all this junk together in a big bowl, throw it in the oven for about 20 minutes and you're all set. I cut it into 15 squares after and the macro nutrient breakdown for each square is (according to fitday):
Calories: 216
Fat: 8g
Carbs: 26g
Protein: 13g
The best part is that they actually taste good. Maybe not as good as a real brownie, but it's definitely the best tasting protein bar type thing I've ever tried to make. Anyway if you try it out post here and let me know what you think of it!

Sounds tasty! I may have to try making some of these next time I get a sweet craving I can't get rid of.

I might give it a try... in general, I don't like cooking with whey -- it just makes the whole thing taste weird lol.

maybe flax seeds or crushed up almonds?
may come out cruncy but it would be some almondy brownie kind of version
i would also say instead of coconuts u could do the almonds.. but it would go well isntead of peanut butter for the fat source..

Well you can use however much you want for whatever sweetness you want. More or less is fine to use. I've seen brownie recipes with as much as 3 cups of white sugar so pretty much use as much as u want.
For the person who hates peanut butter. Throwing in some whole pecans or walnuts would probably taste pretty good.
