Making Protein Shakes in Bulk
Hey guys I was just wondering, do any of you make a couple of days of protein shakes in advance? Sometimes the job I work gets crazy hectic and it can be hard trying to find time to make another lot of protein shakes to drink, especially when you home at 11/12 at night and then got to get to work/gym first thing in the morning.
Is it ok to make say, a couple of days worth at one go? Does the protein shake start to degrade if you keep it longer than 10+ hrs? Or does it just trend to separate and get all gross if you keep it too long?
The only other thing I can think of is the RTD protein shakes in cans etc that you can find in stores but they can get really expensive.
