Cant Acess A Gym - Need Inspiration
I'm going on exchange to Germany (leaving in 3 weeks) for 10 weeks total.
I've talked with my host sibling via email and he says that in Germany you're not allowed in Gyms if you're under 18. Which sounds like BS to me, but assuming its true, I need to find ways to minimise muscle loss.
Hopefully I'll be able to get some parrellel bars or play eqiupment to do dips and chins.
Basically I'm thinking.
Chest
Push ups - made more difficult with a chair, or a backpack or both
Dips
Back
Pull ups
Legs
Single Leg Squats
Shoulders
Handstand pushups maybe?
Do you guys know of any good exercises I can do with little or no equipment other than (hopefully) some bars and a 15-20kg backpack?

Put your feet on the bed, do clapping push ups.
Sit on the floor indian style and use your arms to push your body up like a lift, if you can, stick your feet forward and try to hold the position.

Power pushup 2 is one of the things I pack in my suitcase when I'm traveling around. Also I add some other exercise cables (tnt cables and lifeline gym), jump rope, a portable sized pullup bar that fits in a doorway, and I don't see much muscle loss even on extended trips.

A doorway pullup bar would be great for you. Just a straight rod that extends to the size of a doorway. Takes up very little space.

I trained in a gym in germany when i was around 18. No one ever asked me how old i was. Its probably a local gym rule, in which case just look for another gym in your area.
