Stress and Anxiety

Lately I've been feeling what I think to be stress or anxiety. During this past week, I've noticed a decrease in energy, inability to string sentences together correctly, slight/minor shortness of breath, and being more prone to be nervous. I am usually never like this. I have been getting a good 8 hours of sleep every night though. I'm not sure whether this is the right section to post this in but since I'm a teenager here like everyone else someone out there must be know what I'm talking about. Any comments/advice is welcomed.

could just be a slight inbalance in neural functioning due to any number of reasons, besides we all have bad days/weeks etc, so that might just be it. If these symptoms start to get progressively worse then you'll want to go to a physician immediately to get everything checked out.

I am on a personal crusade against the (no homo) tag that many people on these forums likes to use. Not only does it make you sound like a huge homo, but it also reveals how insecure you are about your sexuality and the size of your penis. Not to mention people like to use it on sentences that have no correlation to homosexuality, e.g: "Hey dude, that's an awesome red car you have (OMFG NO HOMO I SWEAR)". Seriously

NO HOMO = Instant homo
