finished cutting from 165lb to 143lb. been reverse dieting to maintenance. Found maintenance. my question is, now that im starting bulk n going into surplus, will the muscle i lost come back faster. have to admit, i dieted a bit more than i had to so really small now. So does strength n size come back on faster? if yes, whats your experience with this, how fast does lost muscle come back? etc

It's quite variable on your diet and training. Eat more protein, lift harder, get proper rest/recovery, and you gain more right?
Personally I find myself "gaining" more than I did back when I first started only because I've got more experience to skip the screwups and to maximise my gains. You can't really gain muscle faster than a certain threshold, I remember reading somewhere that any weight over 1lb/week is fat/water gains only.
After my cuts, lookwise I find myself looking better as I gain back lost water weight and eat more carbs to get that bulky/swole look.
However if you're talking bout strength, you'll get that back FAST. Muscle memory is awesome, and if you've been cutting correctly, you only lost water and fat, so once you start eating your carbs and protonz again, your strength gains will be through the roofHOUSTON TEXAS CREW
