Cytolean....has this happened to anyone?
I started taking Cytolean this morning (2 tablets), and a few hours later I started feeling very shakey, kinda like how I would feel if I was about to give a speech in front of a large audience. Is this a normal reaction? Or could it just be my stress from work?

Yes, it can happen with stimulants. If you are uncomfortable with stimulants, there are many out there that are good non-stims. They don't give the shakes and jitters.

half dose it for a while, until you tolerate the product better.

Hello all,
I think my body has really gotten used to the cytolean, because now I take 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, and while at first I was wide awake all day and had trouble falling asleep at night, now I feel kinda tired during the day, but still take about 30 min to fall asleep (used to take me only about 5 min! lol).
Anyway, I'm not sure if it's helping with my fat loss, but I feel way smaller. Could just be that I have been adding HIIT in the past 2 weeks. Oh, well, I'm gonna continue taking it til I run out. Probably won't order more after that.

Cytolean works
Many people are caffeine sensitive. This can happen with any fat burner, it's the same as with several cups of coffee. you should always start with the smallest dose possible to assess tolerance. On the other end of the spectrum, you become caffeine tolerant and it doesnt seem to be as effective, but the product is still working, you just don't have the shakes to let you know it is. I am going into a competition in 5 days without the aid of cardio, but with the aid of Cytolean. I have done perhaps an hour of cardio this month.....there was no need. I am not saying this is your typical result of this product, but fatburners in general kick your metabolism into high gear!

Has this had the opposite effect on anyone? I had been taking MAN Scorch and got a sample of Cytolean.
I took 1 within the about 2 hours of the Scorch and got highly annoyed for no reason (post cardio) then really tired and sleepy. I felt a little better after a nap. I'm thinking maybe I was over stimulated and reacted this way...anyone else?

Scorch is a great product. Too much caffeine can actually raise cortisol levels which is a stress hormone and it sounds like you also may have experienced stimulant crash as well.

By the way, if any of you want to log Superpump we are looking for male and female reviewers. Let me know if you have any questions and the before and after training pics are optional.
