I am trying out for sports in my school and have to run great distances everyday and basically you can't stop and u need a good time or you are cut. I know creatine makes healing quicker but how much quicker? and are there any other way to heal legs quick protein doesn't work well cause all you do is break down the muscles you started to heal the next day.

Protein is required, but it doesn't "speed up" recovery time, it is responsible for actually building the muscle. Glutamine is the only thing that comes to my mind.
People who go around pretending to know everything are annoying those of us who really do.

track is not lame. Anyone who plays any sport from soccer to football to cross country to BB, etc. should consider running track in high school. I wish I would have before my senior year in football, I gained a lot of speed in the winter through an agility program but lost it all because I didn't utilize it.
