Okay, I know there's a thread entitled best creatine, but that didnt tell me what general consensus there is for the best type of creatine monohydrate. I've been using Omega Thunder for the past week and, really, there hasnt been any change at all. Its really weird - I'm eating a lot, lifting hard, and sleeping well, there should be some impact by now. I know I'm a responder to creatine monohydrate as I did a cell tech cycle like 3 years ago (I was 16, I believed Muscle Mag), and got decent gains from that. So what's the best brand, or type of Creatine Monohydrate? Are there any in pill form?

Its safe to choose the one with the name Creapure at the front.
Mine is Ultimate Nutrition Creapure.
Oh and pill form is ok, but it cost more and you have to take more, since a pill comes in 1-3 grams each. Imagine if you want to load!

Increase your calories. The reason you responded so well to celltech, was the carbs and sugars it included which increased your total daily calorie intake.
