Cell Tech creatine or NO XPLODE
So Ive been using cell tech creatine for a while now. (I bought it after noticing that it was repeatedly cited as the best creatine product). I have seen some results but the progress is slow.
Anyways I am very intrigued by BSN NO Xplode after reading good things about it.
I am still new to bodybuilding and have been working out seriously for 3-4 months now.
When (and should) I try NO Xplode? Should I wait a while more or is it safe to give it a shot?

no xplode really isn't a creatine product. it's more of a NO product.
but if you're a beginner just stick with the basics:
-whey
-bulk creatine mono
-multivitamin
-fish oils
-maybe some BCAA's

I am actually drinking no xplod right now and it's not worth it at all, it hardly gives me any energy and I only bought it cause it was listed as the number 1 selling creatine. Unfourtenly, the creatine in it is minimial (1 gram per scoop) so I have since bein using bulk mono (as listed above, nothing fancy and gets the job done for much less than cell tech)
I do recommend picking up some mono atleast for your offdays so you can stretch out your celltech creatine, it's what I do with my sizeon. (sizeon imo is a top tier creatine product and is less than celltech's creatine, so look into that instead of any no product)

Cell Tech and No-Xplode are in different classes. CellTech is purely creatine, whereas No-Xplode is an NO, but in a Preworkout class.
Some do like it, others have not seen results from it.
If you are beginning and you want a jump start on your workouts, then yes, i believe you can/should take it. I think you will find it very helpful in your workouts. There are other preworkouts that may be better, but again, if this is your first preworkout drink, then i think it'll be effective.
like others said as well, stick with the basics and best bet is a bulk creatine mono or ester.
Hope this helps...Good luck

wasting your money with cell tech, if your new to lifting still cheap monohydrate is the way to go for creatine. You dont need a NO booster like NO Xplode. Also the biggest thing that will give you gains is diet so hope you got that in check.
protein, multi, fish oil, creatine, diet, hit the gym hard and you'll see the gains you want.
good luck,
DFA

first off thanks for all the replies!
Two questions:
1. Why did most people recommend using Basic Mono Creatine over cell tech?
Is it more because of the price, or does Mono actually give better results for a beginner?
2. If NO xplode is in a different category than creatine, do people who use NO simultaneously use creatine as well?? If so, would you take both before your workouts.

The NO Xplode is a NO product and not creatine. The BSN Cell Mass is the creatine product that people usually stack with NO Xplode. I take the NO Xplode before workouts and the Cell Mass right after my workout. Personally though I wouldn't recommend the NO Xplode, it didn't seem to do anything for me pre workout, if I were you and you really want a good pre workout supp then save up and get yourself some gakic....great product.

1)cell-tech is jam packed with suga'...and that there suga' is wayyyyy overpriced...mono is a proven standard....however, there are many new products that take advantage of new science and technology to provide a better creatine "experience"..i.e. Gaspari SizeOn, Controlled Labs Green Mag, MAN Clout, etc...just search around
2)BSN's stack says to use NO-Xplode with Cell Mass (their creatine product),,,however many, including myself, have found NO-Xplode to be little more than a carbonated Caffeine beverage...again look around and search...there are much better options for pre-workout supps as well (Gaspari SuperPump250, Controlled Labs White Flood, MRI Black Powder, Shock Therapy, etc.)
SO BEFORE blowing loads (can I use those two words together?) of money on monetarily hyped products..do a little search to see what looks best for you, and what has proven itself a winner, not just in magazines

1. Cell tech is overpriced, the same results can be achieved using mono and dextrose and you dont have to take in 75 grams of sugar each serving, you will get good results from just mono
2. If you are going to use no-xplode (I recomend against it, its not the best choice) you should supplement with more creatine since NO-Xplode only has ~1 gram per scoop, try 3 grams of creatine pre and 5 grams post with 5 grams on off days.

Thank you to everyone for their replies.
I guess I was going the wrong way with cell tech straight off. Also I was shocked to realize that cell tech has 75 g's of sugar!! I think it explains the very slight belly that I saw developing! I will be getting my mono creatine this week and I cant wait for it..
I just came back from a workout and am downing my second protein shake of the day. Damm I love working out!
Thanks again.

there is creatine in NO Xplode, but that is only a preworkout drink.
Maybe take that pre workout and get some creatine mono for off days so you cah have 5g of creatine everyday rather then 5 days a week or everyother day (varying on when you workout.)
