I just bought V-12 Turbo the other day, and my friend gave me his bottle of TRAC (with NADH). These are both pre-workout supplements; however, I feel like they're different enough to stack together for the next month or so. Is this a bad idea? Would I be wasting one (or the other) by using these BOTH before workouts? The only difference in dosage is that I'd take the V-12 (one scoop) when I wake up, and before I workout after work (roughly 9 hours later).
From the sound of it, it doesn't seem to be like a bad thought..i mean you could just rather by an Arginine product and take the pills..
You also have to decide, would u rather have the caffeine stimulus before you workout, b/c if you do, then V-12 would be a better decision Preworkout...
But again, from the description of how you would take it doesn't seem/would counteract each other..
