is it ok to have a whey protein shake at night (like as last meal before bed)?

yes it is okay to have a whey protein shake at night, you wont gain weight form eating it at night, just make sure you dont add any simple carbs toit such as table sugar and u'll be fine. You can add alittle fruit, but stay away from really strarchy fruits like bananas. ur best bet if u want to add fruit in the shake is berries.
