Angry Chest is lagging behind

I've been bulking up for the last 6 weeks, on a 3 day 5x5 program.

My back is growing & feeling immensely strong.
My shoulders, Bi's & Tri's are coming along nicely.
But my god damm Chest is not playing ball !!!!!!!!!

I'm currently working my chest with 5x5 on "Flat Bench" & "Incline Dumbbells".
Followed by 3x10 "Fly's" or "Cable Crossover".
In the same session I do my shoulders with 5x5 "Shoulder Press" & 3x10 "Side Raises".

Am I missing something ???????????????

Question

Technique plays a big part also. Use DB's so you can vary your hand positions. With DB's you can move your elbows forward a bit & take a bit of the shoulders & Tri's out of the equation. Also vary your bench angles (Decline through incline). Work the muscle at every possible angle to ensure balanced development.

How do your bench pressing numbers(loads) stack up against your other major lifts?

I've made poundage gains of around 10%, compared to 20-30% on my back.

try using an extremely wide grip that way you put more emphasis on the chest and less on the tri's...worked for me
