Wanted to share a recipe for a pudding mash I have been using on my low carb days during carb cycling to curb my sweet tooth, and as a good source of fiber for keeping me regular.
ingredients are 1 package of Jello brand sugar free chocolate pudding mix, 4-5 scoups optimum nutrition chocolate whey, 1 cup unprocessed wheat bran, and 2 cups carb countdown fat free milk. Put all the dry ingrediants into a bowl and add the milk and you can just stir with a spoon, or use a beater if you like it thick and creamy(and less milk). I snack on a bowl of this all day at work and before bed. I think any matching Jello and protein flavor would work well also.
