im not going to include total nutritional intake but i can tell u that its pretty damn high!
1) 8 egg whites, 1 cup of oatmeal, fruit salad, 2 cups of skim milk
2) 4 scoops of monster food shake with 3 cups of skim milk
3) foot long subway sub on whole wheat with extra meet (no chips or pop) and a bottled water.
4) 2 chicken breasts, 1 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of steamed broccoli
5) (post workout shake) myoplex shake with 1 banana, handfull of frozen strawberries, 2 cups of skim milk.
6) 8oz tenderloin steak, 1 sweet potatoe, Ceaser salad.
7) 1 scoop whey isolate with 1 cup of water (before bed time)
this is "about" 5'000+ cals per day, 300 protein, 300carbs, 100 fat. It could be more or less, but thats just an estimation.
If u wanna be big u gotta eat big....get rid of all fast foods and junk foods because what u put into your body is what u get out of it.

heres mine, dunno what the cals will end up, but for me this is high(I'm endo-meso, with other words, no sugar for me )
07.30: 2dl oatmeal, 3 eggs, 0,5L skim milk
09.30: proteinshake(25g protein, mixed whey and kasein)
11.30: School-lunch, bout 700 cals, 30g protein, 80g carbs,20g fat
13.30: proteinshake(25g protein, mixed whey and kasein), banana
15.30: proteinbar, 21g protein(still in school)
17.30: 1 can of tuna, low GI bread, 1 tbs flax oil
18.30: workout
19.30: post-workout shake
20.30: 150g pasta, 1 can of tuna or 2 chickenbreasts
22.30: 1L skim milk, 250g cottage cheese(or else I wake up hungry as hell)dedication is what the outside world calls obsession, to me it is an obsession - p0w3rlift3r
