    CLA question for smaller build

    So I just bought some CLA (with the tonalin in it) and i've been reading up noticing everyone is saying to take 4-6 capsules a day. these are 1000mg ones. now my questoin is, does size matter? Because i'm 23, 5"10 and 148lbs. so I just wasn't sure if it was a 200lb person suggesting to take 6 because of their size, or its just what everyone should be taking.

    i'm stacking it with:

    Kre-Alk
    Multi
    Antioxident blend
    Vitamin C
    Protein

    I also have Omega 3-6-9 capsules, but someone told me since CLA is a fatty acid you dont need to take 2 types of fatty acids, is this true as well?


    any help would be great,

    the package itself says to only take 2. but the guy i bought it from said most ppl take 4-6 to actually show effects. and ppl have said the same on the forums. So you are saying servings for CLA are based on size, ok cool.

    and the omega fatty acids and CLA fatty acids are different so there for ok to take and not overdueing the fat?
