They are my most favorite exercise in the freaking world...OMG they felt like so much more natural for me than parallel. And I didn't have to go down much in weight but they felt so much better on my back and knees. I love the fact that im not obsessing over if I'm parallel or not. I'm 5'8 175lbs and I did 10 x 135, 10 x 155, 8 x 165, 6 x 175, and 15 x 135...It's no where near where I'd like to be but I can't believe how much better they felt. I'd just like to thank everyone for suggesting them. Just my 2 cents lol.
