Healthiest Pizza??
Hi,
Every Sunday it has been a tradition for our family to go out and buy a pizza..
yes I know it's a cheat meal and unhealthy (fat etc..) but I want to know which:
- topping (eg. Supreme)
- base (thick or thin)
is the most fatless and healthies to have?

Thin crust with lots of veggies. Tell them to cut the cheese in half and double up on the sauce. Take your Sesathin too.

The pizza place by my place is run by a very close relative of mine. Although I probably only go once or twice a year for pizza, my cousin knows that I'm deep into proper nutrition and ****. So instead of his regular stuff, he makes me a whole-wheat, thin crust pizza, throws on plain old pureed tomatoes, ff mozza cheese. For the toppings, he lets me bring in a bag of whatever I want on my pizza. Although it might sound sick, I usually put the following on my pizza; spinach, shredded carrots, onions, hot peppers, bell peppers, broccoli, shredded turkey breast(not much), some olives for fat, and greenbeans(bitesize pieces). Its awesome!
