    yea, just a crunch with feet elevated. But what you're doing is more of a situp (which involves the hip flexors and back muscles a lot). Try doing crunches instead, where you only go high enough so that your shoulder blades are off the ground. Keep your chin tucked in. You'll feel it in your abs a lot more
