I have been cutting for nearly 4 months now, made some pretty good progress too (starting bodyfat 22%, current bodyfat 15%). Eating ~1800 calories at the moment and doing 30-40 min of cardio 5 days a week as well as lifting 4-6 days per week (i change my workout every month). Once i hit 1800 calories I continually increased my cardio so I wouldn't be starving myself (about 5 extra min of cardio/day, i started at 20 min of cardio/day). I have included a sample of what i eat everyday. My cardio is moderate to high intensity, i use the orbital and recumbant bike and burn ~400-600 calories. Over the last couple weeks my bodyfat has been stuck at 15% even though i have increased my cardio significantly.
Stats:
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 177lbs
BF: 15%
LBM: 150
Heres my question: would you suggest I keep cutting (to ~10% bf) or bulk up for a few monts (attempt to increase my LBM while minimizing excess bodyfat storage)?
Opinions are much appreciated, and thanks for your time.

What i usually do when dieting is cut my carb intake right down. Il have cereal in the morning then 2 rice cake through out the day early on. The rest is tuna every 2 hours (10 tins) and about 5 protein shakes and plently of water. The weight will drop off. That what works for me and i dont lose much muscle mass and got down to 7% bf.

Well it depends where your cutting from? I was cutting from 15-17% and did it in 6 weeks. I hate dieting so i just do it as quick as possible. People always ask why dont i just lower my calories gradualy but ive tried that and it takes ages. Aslong as u have enough protein 2g per lb of bodyweight (more if poss). Its a hard 6 weeks but its worth it in the end. I also have a cheat meal once a week which helps me keep sane. I stop this two weeks from the end. Hope this helps!

If I were you, I'd switch from your long cardio sessions to HIIT cardio. It is more efficient at burning fat and better about keeping muscle.
