jumpsoles and 1000 skipps a day
i need to get quicker, jump higher, and need to be in perfect condition by next season, can i do 1000 skipps with jump soles 5 days a week

i do that wit the strength shoes but they say to treat the shoes as u would weights give it time to recover

I jump rope in them about 1000 skips 3x a week. I a quick jump & a very quick first step because of them. Before training with them I could not do those 2 very well @ all!

so do u know ur 40 i want to get a explosive first step in my 40 so i can skip 1000x 3 a week and it can help my first step for my 40

I don't know my 4o yd. But it works really well. Train your entire body for strength & explosive power.
