I know some ladies who tend to associate more with the male pursuasion. They say they "just don't get along with women".

So what's the general consensus from the ladies here?

I used to have mostly male friends and avoided women due to drama. Then I realized that men can be dramatic too and it's really more about personality than gender... so I gave female friends a chance again. Now I have about a 50/50 split I think.

Many definitely are. Some just prefer not to get involved with all the bitching, backstabbing and betrayal that goes hand-in-hand with "friendships" among girls.

Also, many girls who say that they have more guy friends don't necessarily hang out with more guys, they just don't consider the girls with whom they socialize to be their "friends" per se.

I believe that's the case sometimes.... but it's ridiculous how much women try to compete with each other. I've had a friend steal my prom date, another friend make out with a guy I was dating, another friend sleep with a guy I was interested in (after encouraging me to "keep flirting with him! he's totally interested!"), etc.

Experiences like this add up and some women (like myself) just avoid letting other women into their lives because of all the backstabbing. Guys are safer and more comfortable because they don't compete with women.

Ah yes, they seem to get along very well. But hang around with them after certain members of the social circle leave the vicinity and they'll talk **** like you wouldn't believe.

Women need something similar to the "man code" or "man law's". I've seen more vindictive backstabbing amongst women more then I've seen men cheating in relationships... Kinda sad.

I do have one genuine girl friend who just relates to guys better(no dyke)(yes hot). I guess her having two brothers might of made a difference.

They already have a code. Unfortunately (for both genders), it only discusses treating men like dogs and only mentions that women should stick together in their man-hating. Woman Law doesn't say anything about women having each other's back unless there's a mean ol' man involved.

I know about 3 girls that have only guy freinds, and they are major attention whores, always sleeping around, flirting getting compliments etc...

So from what ive seen from my uni campus most of these girls are the crazy types.
The girls that hang with other girls seem more level headed and not the wild partying type.Plus they are way hotter too
