building muscle

I want to gain more muscle and would like help with choosing my supplements.

I currently take CREAKIC by muscle tech... has helped me quite a bit and I like it. I feel bloated but wonder if that is from my OPTIMUM nutrition protein powder I take?

I have taken purple K before, but I like CREAKIC better.

I was reading about some women taking TRIB, and wanted to try that. Also have taken NO EXPLODE, great pump, but not enough creatine in it. I wanted to try SUPERPUMP 250 with SIZE ON.

I eat 6 times a day and do 20-30 mins cardio after my weight sessions. I weigh approx 130lbs, 5'4. I would like to put on 3-5lbs of muscle then worry about the cutting etc, after I have establish more of a muscle base.

Any help would be appreciated.

im sure someone with more experience will post soon. but in the mean time, i have not tried the supps you mention but if you only want 5lbs of muscle take BSN cell mass. in 2 weeks i put on 2lbs (and no it is not water weight this is lean muscle). it is amazing!!

fyi it has 3g creatine per scoop : 10g maltodex. - so is almost sufficient creatine for you if you go by the 1g per 40lbs rule

Hi there,

I have used SizeOn and Green Mag and I have to say that I like Green Mag better for building muscle on MY body, but SizeOn is a damn close second. SuperPump is, from what I hear terrific, but no experience personally. Also, don't forget your BCAAs- Xtend is awesome for during workouts and tastes good, too.

As far as ON bloating you- I personally have never experienced that but that doesn't mean it won't happen. You might have to go off of it and see what your body does.

Lastly, if you want to gain muscle, I would cut back the cardio a little. That can impeed muscle gain. Then you can kick in the cardio more when you want to cut.

I have cut back my cardio and stopped the creatine. I have less bloat now. I changed up my routine as well and have adjusted my diet.
