I wanted to know how much is the maximum amount of sodium i should consume a day while on a cut. Ive reached a plateau and maybe doing something about the sodium will help me break that plateau. I comsume about 4500 mg of sodium daily.

the sodium shouldnt really be a big issue if your doing enough cardio...but try cutting back and see what happens, theres really not an answer to your question

At any rate, he advised that I cut the sodium to approx 2000mg per day. He then followed on to state that the average American intakes approximately 10,000mg of sodium per day so he'd allow 3000mg. Seems like a fair guideline from a health standpoint.... (2000 to 3000mg/day).
Good luck with you weight loss!
