    Good Pre Cardio Supplement Recomendation

    Hello,

I am in need of a good supplement that enhances my energy and focus so I am able to go the full length or get the full workout from my aerobics.

I usually do swimming or running or biking in the AM and am in need of something to give me that extra push.

I am currently taking Caffeine (200 mg)... should I up that or go with some bulkc Citruline Malate and stack it with something or what you recommend?

I would use it with Yohimbine hcl if you are going for fat burning. For overall energy you may want to try BCAA's.

Well in the sense he won't go into a catabolic state. Pre Workout supplement (side note, I do actually have more energy when I take them pre workout).

I done some searching and see Body Octane is really recommended? Any thoughts on that?

It seems its ingredients are pretty much citrulline malate, L-Carnitine and Alanine. Would I get the same endurance as I would with Body Octane stacking those supps from bulk from B U L K N U T R I T I O N .com even if I didnt get the histidine that BOdy Octane also has?

Not for energy, but the BCAA's would still be important to take to help preserve lean muscle mass- actually a complete essential amino acid formula would be ideal.

Amino acids pre cardio will help aid in fatloss. For energy, look for something like Ready4War. I just drink some coffee in the morning for energy and alertness.

Getting the histidine is pretty important, but BodyOctane is great for endurance exercises. Even without the histidine, the stack you mentioned would be pretty good.

K If I was to make my own stack like BO Octane it would be 10 dollars more than BO but I would get aprox 7 more servings, so basically I figured its not worth it... heres my question...

Below are the contents of BO, which of these products is not needed the most in giving me endurance and energy for cardio or if I drop any of these will I lose a lot of effectiveness or will any 1 or 2 of these work GREAT together?

200 grams Citrulline Malate Powder $19.99
    100 grams L-Histidine Base Powder $15.00
    100 grams beta-Alanine $9.99
    250 grams L-Carnitine Powder $14.99
