This isn't one of those "Oh no I'm going on a cruise for a week and I'm afraid to enjoy myself because I'll lose all my gains and become a fatass" threads. For the next 3 or so weeks, I'll be playing tennis 6+ hours a day, and I need to know what ways I can possibly maintain all of my muscle (I don't care about fat, I'm an ectomorph). My diet's in check, and I eat like a monster, is there anything else I can do?

EAT MORE, and if there is a problem with at certain times just try and eat more calorie dense foods when u get to eat.
and AS i really like the "If I disagree with you, I'm obviously going to speak my mind about it. I won't ignore it or go along with it because you have "high rep power." Neg me if you wish, but a better idea is keeping an open mind." part of your signature.
someone by the name of jucana or w/e it is should read that.....neg reps everyone if they don't agree with him lol
he'll probably even neg rep me for saying that.true protein.com (no space)
