    Hot tub before weight training?

    Is this a good idea or bad idea, im thinking about doing it to further help me get loose. Ive been doing the same routine for 19 weeks now and im having issues with my knee, hip flexor, left pec and left rotator cuff, i can still lift but stretching isnt enough, i've already tried resting a week and it doesnt seem to help, it comes right back.

    19 weeks? :O

    I'd change it up, but that's just me, just some different exercises. Or as I always suggest, go to a chiropractor! :P I had problems with my rotator cuff, went to the chiropractor, turns out my spine was kinda crookedy (scientific term I know), but after some treatments, I'm all good.

    A hot tub before training may be a little much. You could find that it wears you out too much to get a good workout. Try warming up a little more. Maybe on a bike and some extra warm up sets with the weights.
