Its harmfull as the water you injest floods the cells, in the muscle you are working. For example if your working chest and drink, the water floods the cells in the chest as the pump (blood flow) carrys more than normal amount to the muscle that is being worked. Thats why you never see pros doing this. Also have you never notice you feel weaker when drinking water whilst working out.

yes this is completely true, it floods the cells.
If you want to see real results and stimulate the cells rather than flood them, you must drink straight shots of vodka during your work out, this will create a chain cell reaction which will give you AMAZING gains. whatever you do, do not hydrate yourself with water during your workout, stick to straight vodka to stimulate those cells. This is what pro body builders do by the way.

Not to mention it causes cancer, diarrhea, fatness, anal seepage, sleeplessness, drowseyness, itchy butt, scratchy throat, redness, swelling, heart diease, lower resale value of your home, strokes, high blood pressure, nuclear war, hardening of the arteries, AIDS, water intoxication, bloating, world drouts, famine, poor gas mileage, irregular heart beat, lopsided pecs, decreased sperm count, erectile dysfunction, school shootings, premature ejaculation, Crones Diease, hemariods, alcoholism, riots, and toejam.
Yeah, lets ignore the fact that total body weight is 80% water, it is essential for metabolism, and to carry away posions filtered from the body. Dehydration is sooo wonderful.

the real thing is:
each time you send something to your stomach(at least about 10 centiliter), your brain thinks that you're having a meal so your heart beats get slower and blood is pumped to your guts, which results:
