who has a name for meals? there should be too many to name

your PROBLEM is worrying about supper and stuff!

Milk is a beautiful tool for bulking
    8g protein per 8oz
    12g carbs per 8oz

If youre gonna have Peanut butter, make it a pbj
    average stats:
    12g protein
    48g carbs per sandwich
    FAT tits. Lick 'em good.

Yeah, its fine i wouldn't recommend having jelly before you go to though. Have about 2 tbsp of pb, maybe a little more. I always try to have my fats with the meals that contain little or no carbs.

i drink lactose free skim milk, and recently i bought this different brand, thats 8g carbs 11g protein per 250ml, i thought the nutrition info must be wrong but if its true which it has to be by law thats quite a difference from the normal 8g protein, 12g carb milk, plus since its skim its like 0.2g fat.
