Ok I've been lifting for a few months seriously and a few more on and off. Anways when I wear regular clothes you can't really tell I work out because I'm skinny 5'8 150 or so, but I have too high amount of BF and it stores in my belly but especially my face. What would be the best way for me to lose the fat in my face and belly. I know you can't spot reduce, but if you have a genetic predisposition to storing fat in one area, will you also lose fat from that area FIRST?
I'm completely new to the cardio game and I don't even know what to read to get started. Any links.. help?

The only way your going to look good after a cut, is if you do a clean bulk first. If you have a high bodyfat % at 150lbs, and it takes you 10-20lbs to lose that fat, your going to be skeleton looking. If i was you i would clean bulk at leat till 160-170 and then try cutting from there. If your still too skinny looking you can always bulk again. But i would venture to say if you cut now, you'll be unhappy when your finished.
