4 wheat breads with tuna and cucumber sandwiches.
1 bottle of water
and handful of almonds
and a apple.I seem to receive alot of P.M's on nutrition advice, training & among other general subjects, please give me time to reply, I don't mind answering your questions, thanks! Ladies and Gents.

I eat three lunches. :)
Don't know about you allz, but I eat at least 2, most of the time 3 lunches.
Lunch at 11: Healthy Life Bagel (I would reccomend everyone try these if they can find them at their stores. 160 kcal, 40 total carbs, but 14 grams friber) On top of each slice I put 1 can of tuna.
Lunch at 130: Brown Rice with 6 oz chicken breast and veggies.
Lunch at 4: 3 servings of Oat Bran with 6 egg whites.

I eat 6 ounces of Tilapia (fish). Made on the greatest invention in the world the GEORGE FORMAN GRILL. Either 1/2 a cup of corn or half a cup of cottage cheese and a 16 ounce glass of skim milk.

what i eat for lunch is
1. 2 Tunafish sandwhich's that have been lightly dipped in fish oil.
2. 1 hamburger that you put in the microwave.
3. 4 2 liter soda's
4. 1 cup o noodle soup
5. 3 cans of chef boyarde
6. 4 hungry man pasta supreme's
7. 1 1/2 of a cherrie pie
8. 1 can of vienna sausages
9. 5 hot dog bun's
10. 4 hotdog's
11. 1 small bowl of pasta salad
12. 3 burito supreme's
13. 1 large value meal of taco belll's enchalata's
14. 1 14oz slurpee at 7-11
15. 2 extra value meals
16. 1 pickle
17. 3 unscrambled egg's
18. 1 meat lovers special from domino's
19. 7 honey buns
20. 13 twinkey's
21. 1 bowl of cereal
22. a bowl of oatmeal
andddddddddddd 1 small acnhovy for good measure's
Eat like that and you can look as good as me

Spinach salad with tuna, hard boiled eggs, and mushrooms, with some olive oil and vinager...
Can of tuna 154 - 28/0/3
3 soft boiled eggs 233 19/2/16
4 mushroom 5/4/0
4 oz spinach 3/4/0
