I am 36 yrs old, 6' 2" and weigh 275 lbs. I am big framed, wide shoulders. My legs are still firm and my chest is 49 inches. I wear a 42 pant and i have a large belly.m My stomach is really the only place i have any real fat. I havent worked out in about 10 yrs and I want to lose the stomach. What type of workout and diet plan should i be doing? Weight training, cardio only, ofr both? Should I be doing a mass gain workout and diet or a cut plan????
have u been to bodybuilding.com and read any articles? they are very nicely arranged. if u are really looking to change then you will get hooked on that site. i know i did. that place will tell you almost everything you need to know.
