Do you tear your muscles when doing exercises such as pushups, flutter kicks, and dips? The reason I ask is because I need to work on my endurance and I don't want to overtrain. I hit the weights heavy some days and now I need to work on endurance as well. Could I do Max OT workouts in the morning, and pushups, pullups, dips, flutter kicks, etc at night or should I schedule them on completely different days?

doing these exercises with a already high intensity routine would mess with your recovery time. Find a way to compromise between the two so you can train for your goals.
You body won't fall apart because you do all this together, but there's probably a happy medium that would get you the best results all around.Training Journal:

I agree^^. Pullups, dips, etc are great exercises to incorporate into your Max-OT lifting routine.
If you need to improve endurance, do sprint intervals on your off days or some form of cardio. My Training Journal...
