I stay away from the scale. Makes me sad lol. It is kind of obsessive. So try to stay away from the scale.

Same as you. I used to do it daily and then I got obsessive and realized how ridiculous it seemed. I bumped it to once a week and think its perfect. every so often ill hop on Wednesday just for a sort of "mid week check up" but I only truly count every Sunday for my logs.

3x a week, everytime I workout I check my weight, then I can see how fast or slow I'm gaining over a period of time.

Every single time I pass a scale!
So....in the morning, naked, after peeing, of course.
At work. In the rest room. Shoes off.
At gym in the afternoon, with gym clothes and running shoes on!
At night, in jammies (OK...that means naked too!) just for the heck of it!
I lost over 100 pounds even with this scale fetish! I know...hard to believe!!!

I am with Adina, I just can not pass scales.
I am constantly amazed at what food does to my weight. Hands up here, without scales and left to my on devices I would be about 250Lb. I eat, if l do not weigh myself then I forget where the food is going. It might sound silly to some, but i really would forget my goals in a very short space of time.
Scales do not make me lose weight though. It is just they seem pretty good at telling me off when I put some on.

Recovering from every day, too

Oh my gosh! Thank you! I was waiting to be attacked!
And.....I know what you mean. I make sure to weigh especially the day cheat meals. I need to know that food like that makes me retain water. It reminds me why it's just a day here or there that I cheat.
I view the scale as a tool. Just that.

Yes, and realizing by actually watching it happen, when you have cheated and banged on 4Lbs, you only have to go back to eating normally the next day and before you know it that 4Lb has just gone away, 3 days later and its like you never cheated at all.
I naturally lean towards savory carbs and savory fats, they are like fat magnets to me, it does not matter how hard i have worked so far if I stop weighing myself I will starts eating them again. Probably saying to myself "Oh i will make up for it later in the week/month". But too many days like that, oh dear, why didn't I keep an eye on my weight so I could see what i was doing to myself.
Honestly, i could not care if the scale goes up, down or stays the same. Its just i need to keep an eye on it. I suppose it keeps me on track.
Kudos to those who can behave themselves without reminders though.

I weigh myself every Saturday. Sometimes I can't help myself though and weigh in mid week around Tuesday or Wednesday as well but I try to keep it to once a week.

I also weigh myself once every morning. IMO, I don't think it's obsessive.
You can look at it 2 ways. The way I see it, you get a very accurate gauge of what you're doing right, and or wrong.

I don't have a scale, so I only weight myself when I go to my parents house. About once every two weeks.

Every day after I work out (if I'm not late!)
I hate that I'm losing weight right now. But I can't start bulking again until after Nov.

several times a day even though I know I shouldn't. But to my defense my scale tells me my hydration level so it's good to know when to drink more.

Lately I've been weighing pretty often:
Every morning after the bathroom routine before going to the gym, then again after I get home from the gym. Then once more at bedtime.
I'm tracking water weight. Fluctuations seem pretty consistent too. Usually drop 3lbs water while sleeping, then another 3lbs of water during the workout despite drinking a half gallon (4lbs) of water while exercising.
It also helps to guage other things about my routine, like if I've had too many carbs or too much sodium the water fluctuations will be way above what they usually are.
